Business Dashboard View

We believe that understanding the entire lifecycle around replacements help businesses like yours implement secure policies, generate new revenue avenues, and better protect stock with access to replacement data.

Your dedicated business dashboard view for replacements includes everything you'd need to make decisions regarding approving or rejecting replacements from customers.

If you're not seeing the data you need to make accurate replacement decisions, please connect with your dedicated Account Manager.

When a customer replacement request has been created at checkout, you'll get access to a dedicated dashboard to view the following data scopes:

  • Replacement status (completed, canceled, auto approved, etc)

  • Customer email address (we collect this data from their checkout)

  • Type (if your customer paid for Priority or selected Standard)

  • Replacement value (the total value of the replacement based on your product prices)

  • Fee (if your customer paid for Priority, you'll see the exact fee they paid)

  • Transaction data (the specific request ID for internal use cases, order ID attached to the replacement request, as well as the exact part order ID)

If you have a team dedicated to managing replacements, you'll also get access to view the following when viewing specific replacements:

  • When the customer created the replacement (date and time)

  • When your team member reviewed the replacement (date and time)

  • Exactly what team member reviewed the replacement (team email address)

  • Approved or denied replacement notes

  • Status of whether replacement was auto approved or not, and the exact scheduled timeline (date and time)
