Open Your Analytics
With our data analytics dashboard for your custom hosted Telegram bot, you’ll get access to see connected Telegram users, authorization status, growth metrics, customer account links, and individual user activity all in one place:
Visit your integrations dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser:
https://dash.antistock.io/integrations/telegram-botsTap on "Actions" next to your hosted bot, then select "Users" to open analytics and user-level insights.
At the top of the Users page, you’ll see real-time analytics for your bot, including, but not limited to:
Telegram users and total users connected to your custom hosted Telegram bot.
Authorized / unauthorized. You'll see users who are authorized Antistock vs. users who have messaged the bot but are not yet authorized.
User distribution data includes the percentage authorized and the percentage with linked customer accounts.
Growth metrics that net adds today, this week, and this month.
Customer accounts and the total number of users linked to an Antistock customer account
Note: These data figures automatically update as customers connect, authorize, or unlink their accounts to your custom hosted Telegram bot.
View User Details
When customers connect their account with your custom hosted Telegram bot, you'll see the following datapoints when selecting a user within your dashboard:
User information (including their Telegram name, username, and unique user/chat ID).
Status and activity (this includes their most recent activity with your bot, whether or not they blocked the bot, and when they first interacted with your bot).
Their linked customer account (for example, [email protected]) or "No Account" if they did not connect their account.
Customer notification preferences (whether or not they enabled product restock alerts, news and updates, promotions and offers, balance transactions, support ticket replies, and order replacements).
...and you’re all set. You can now monitor growth, segment audiences, and review user-level preferences and statuses directly from your Telegram bot analytics in Antistock.
Best Practices and Notes
We recommend that you monitor your Authorized vs. Unauthorized userbases to size your addressable audience before running broadcasts. You can also use your data dashboard to filter by Last Activity to target engaged customers and improve deliverability.
It's always best to continue reviewing blocked statuses to keep broadcasts clean and reduce failed sends. Encourage and reward customers to link their customer accounts to improve attribution and conversion tracking.
We regularly expand analytics based on customer demand. If you need additional metrics, custom segments, or export capabilities, please contact your Account Manager.
