Note: This support article is part of a series for our custom hosted Telegram bot integration. If you have a question regarding this advanced integration that hasn't been answered, please connect directly with your Account Manager or custom Technical Architect.
If you haven't already created your own custom hosted Telegram bot for your Antistock business, please follow the steps outlined in this support article: https://support.antistock.io/en/articles/12306993-how-do-i-create-a-custom-hosted-telegram-bot-for-my-business.
Creating Your First Broadcast
When you create and set up your custom hosted Telegram bot on Antistock, you can use the Broadcasts tool to send marketing messages, stock alerts, promotions, and important updates directly to your connected users.
Broadcasts give you full visibility into message status, delivery, and audience engagement. To create and send a new broadcast, follow the steps below:
Visit your integrations dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser:
https://dash.antistock.io/integrations/telegram-botsTap on "Actions" next to your hosted bot, then within the dropdown, select "Broadcasts".
Composing a Broadcast
Enter your broadcast message (up to 4,096 characters).
Choose a parse mode (Markdown, None, Markdown_v2, or HTML).
Optional delivery settings:
Silent mode (disable notification sound).
Disable link previews.
Protect content (prevent forwarding).
Use the preview panel to confirm how your message will appear to customers.
Add interactive buttons to your broadcast. Each button can include:
Button text
URL (optional)
Callback data (optional)
You can add multiple rows of buttons (max 3 per row recommended).
We recommend targeting only active users or filtering based on activity date. Also, you can optionally filter by notification preferences, such as:
Product Restock
News Updates
Promotions
Balance Transactions
Ticket Replies
Order Replacements
Set your delivery speed (e.g., 10 messages/second). Note: higher speeds deliver faster, but may hit Telegram rate limits.
Once all sections are complete, tap Create. Your broadcast will be scheduled and moved into the appropriate status column (Draft, Pending, Scheduled, etc.).
...and you’re all set. Your custom hosted Telegram bot can now deliver marketing messages, stock alerts, and promotions directly to your customers with full control over audience targeting and delivery.
Broadcast Details
After creating and sending a broadcast, you can view full details for tracking and optimization.
Overview to show message preview, settings, targeting filters, delivery speed, and total recipients.
Statistics that include success rate, failed messages, pending count, and delivery progress.
Status timelines where you can see a step-by-step history (Created, In Progress, Completed) with timestamps and delivery duration.
Actions to restart or delete the broadcast directly from the details page.
For example, you'd see the following data after delivering your broadcast:
Total Recipients: 4
Success Rate: 100%
Duration: 00:00:00.9 seconds
Actual Speed: 4.4 msg/sec
Note: You’ll see a list of previously created broadcasts directly within your broadcasts dashboard.
Notes
We regularly expand broadcast features based on customer demand. If you need additional targeting options, delivery speeds, or button customizations, please contact your Account Manager.
