How vouches work
When our system automatically processes a valid payment, customers will see the option to leave a vouch at checkout. Vouches are tied directly to completed transactions, which ensures that only verified buyers can leave feedback.

Eligibility requirements
To protect the integrity of the vouch system, the following conditions apply:
- There is no payment minimum for customers to leave a vouch at checkout.
- Customers cannot leave a vouch if the product value is below $0.00 at checkout.
- Customers cannot leave a vouch if the payment was manually processed by the business.
- Only automatically processed payments through our system qualify for vouch eligibility.
Displaying vouches
Vouches are displayed on your storefront automatically once enabled. They provide potential customers with verified social proof from real buyers, which can significantly improve conversion rates and build trust with new visitors to your website.
