Notifications are key to knowing when customers have paid for a product, when a warehouse is running low on stock, or when a customer creates or responds to a support ticket. Antistock supports two notification channels: Email and Telegram.
Website notifications
You can customize which website events trigger notifications from your notification settings. The following events are available:
- Order completed: Receive a notification when a customer completes an order.
- Warehouse out of stock: Receive a notification when a warehouse is out of stock and requires more stock.
- Ticket created: Receive a notification when a customer creates a support ticket.
- Ticket response: Receive a notification when a customer responds to a support ticket.
To configure your website notifications, visit your notification settings or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/account/notifications. Toggle which notifications you'd like to receive and tap “Save Settings”.
Email notifications
Email notifications are a great way to stay informed and are available for Business plans and above. When enabled, notifications are automatically delivered to the email address connected to your account.
To enable email notifications, visit your notification settings and toggle the email notification options for the events you'd like to receive.
Telegram notifications
For faster response times, you can connect your Telegram account to receive instant notifications directly in Telegram. To set up Telegram notifications, follow the steps below:
