Overview
Store balance allows your customers to deposit funds into their account on your website and use that balance for future purchases. This creates a seamless checkout experience and encourages repeat business.
Enable store balance
To enable store balance as a payment type for your website, follow the steps below:
- Visit your payments dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/website/payments.
- Scroll down to the “Store Balance” section.
- Tap on the “Edit” icon to open the settings modal.
- Enable the toggle within the modal popup.
- Save your payment integration settings by tapping the “Save Settings” button within the modal.
... and you're all set. Store balance has been enabled as a payment type for your business. Customers will now be able to add funds to their account and use their balance at checkout.
Nice to knows
If you've recently migrated your business to Antistock and your customers had existing balances, you may need to re-enable the store balance payment type for balances to sync correctly. Visit your payment settings and toggle the store balance option off and back on to refresh the sync.
You can edit per payment gateway settings via your products dashboard.
