As a U.S.-based company, Antistock is compelled to comply with and investigate notifications pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines what happens when a DMCA takedown request is received and how affected businesses can respond.
What happens during a takedown
When Antistock receives a valid DMCA takedown request related to content hosted on your Antistock-powered subdomain, we are required to temporarily take the affected content or subdomain offline while we investigate the claim.
Our team will review the request and notify you of the takedown along with any steps required to resolve the issue.
High risk business
Depending on the level of risk associated with your business and the nature of the takedown, you may be required to upgrade to continue operating your business with our infrastructure. This plan includes additional compliance oversight and dedicated support to help your business maintain compliance with the DMCA.
Once the upgrade is in place, our systems will work to bring your business back online and ensure compliance with the Act going forward.
Submitting a DMCA report
If your copyright-protected work has been posted on an Antistock-powered website without your written consent, you may submit a DMCA copyright infringement report. Please see our guide on submitting a DMCA report for details on the process and required information.
