How do refunds and disputes work on Antistock?

Last updated April 14, 2026

Antistock is a digital commerce platform, not a marketplace. This means that when a customer purchases a product from your business, the payment is sent directly to you — Antistock does not middleman, withhold, or proxy payments.

For businesses

As a business powered by Antistock, you are responsible for managing refund requests from your customers. You can process refunds directly from your orders dashboard at https://dash.antistock.io/orders.

For businesses that use our Replacement Management System (RMS), you can set up automated replacement rules that handle product issues without requiring manual refunds.

For customers

If you are a customer of a business powered by Antistock and need a refund, please contact the business directly. Antistock does not have the ability to issue refunds on behalf of businesses, as payments are processed directly between you and the merchant.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the business, you may contact your bank or payment provider to open a dispute.

Dispute prevention

To minimize disputes and chargebacks, we recommend that businesses maintain clear refund policies, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and leverage our automated replacement tools to resolve product issues quickly.
