If you've encountered a bug or unexpected behavior on the Antistock platform, we want to know about it. Reporting issues helps us improve the platform for all businesses.
How to report
The fastest way to report a bug is to connect directly with your Account Manager or our business support team. When submitting a report, we recommend including:
- A clear description of the issue and what you expected to happen.
- The steps to reproduce the bug, if possible.
- Screenshots or screen recordings that demonstrate the problem.
- The browser and device you were using when the issue occurred.
What happens next
Once your report is logged, our team will investigate the issue internally. If your business qualifies for and has been assigned a custom Technical Architect, they'll reach out with additional information as it becomes available.
If your business does not qualify for a custom Technical Architect, you can expect updates via our public announcement channels when the issue is resolved.
