If you've decided to terminate your agreement with Antistock, the process requires identity verification and includes a mandatory breakup period to protect both parties.
Required information
To initiate account deletion, you'll need to provide your secure account API key and unique website ID. You can view and copy both credentials from your account settings:
- Visit your API keys dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/account/api-keys.
- Copy your secure API key and unique website ID.
- Provide both to your Account Manager or our business support team.
Breakup period
Once you provide the required credentials, we'll queue your agreement termination with a breakup period of 90 days. During that period, we recommend that you do not interact with Antistock services, as continued activity would reactivate your agreement.
Note: Account deletion is tied to the termination of your platform agreement. All associated data, including products, warehouses, orders, and customer records, will be permanently removed at the end of the breakup period.
Before you delete
We recommend exporting any data you may need before initiating the termination process. Once the 90-day breakup period concludes, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
