Enable Chime Pay
To enable Chime Pay as a payment type on your website, you'll first want to verify that your Chime account is linked to an email address:
Open the standalone Chime banking mobile or desktop app.
Navigate to the settings or account section.
Locate the option to manage or add contact information.
Add your email address if it’s not already listed, and complete the email verification process.
Once verified, you can enter this email on your store’s payment settings page to accept payments via Chime.
Note: The email address used must match the one registered with Chime to receive payments correctly.
Once your Chime account is live, you'll then want to add your Chime Pay details to your Antistock business dashboard:
Visit your payments dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/shop/payments.
Tap on the Chime Pay modal and enter your ChimeSign (e.g. $astck), and the email you also added to your Chime account.
If your Chime Pay details were entered correctly, you'll now see Chime Pay as "Active" in your payments dashboard.
Optional: Enable the payment type for all products by clicking the checkbox below the input field.
Recommended: Block virtual private networks (VPNs) by clicking the checkbox below the input field.
Save your payment integration settings by tapping the "Save Settings" button within the modal.
After you've added your Chime Pay details to your Antistock business dashboard, for our system to automatically process Chime Pay payments, you'll need to forward Chime Pay emails to our inbox.
To process payments for your Chime Pay account, you'll need to forward emails to your custom dedicated forwarding email address.
Visit your accounts dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/account/api-keys
Copy your custom Shop ID, not your API key, from your accounts dashboard.
Visit your forwarding settings, then enter "@forwarding.antistock.io".
As a reminder, your custom forwarding address should look something like:
If you don't forward Chime Pay emails to your custom inbox, payments will not automatically be processed. Here's how to forward Chime Pay emails with a @gmail.com email address:
Open your email and click on the settings gear icon in the top right-hand side, then click "See all settings", or alternatively click here to open all settings
Click on the "Add a forwarding address" button.
In the modal that appears, enter your custom forwarding email "[email protected]" as the forwarding address.
Once you click the "Next" button, Gmail will send our systems an email with a confirmation code. We automatically forward the code to your email. Find it and enter it in the "Forwarding" section by clicking here.
Once verified, we need to create a filter to only forward emails from CashApp to the email we just linked:
Click on the blue "creating a filter!" text to open the filter modal
In the filter modal that pops up, enter [email protected] (This is the email address Chime uses to send payment notifications. As a reminder, for Chime Pay, you'll need to enter [email protected]) in the "From" field, then click on the "Create filter" button.
On the next page, select the "Forward it to" option, and select your custom forwarding email, "[email protected]" as the forwarding address.
Finally, click on "Create filter".
... and you're all set. Chime Pay has been enabled as a payment type for your business. You can edit per payment gateway settings via your products dashboard.
