Cash App is a third-party payment integration built and maintained by the Antistock team. Private and custom payment integrations can be introduced within a period of 72 hours based on technical complexity. Contact your Account Manager for additional details regarding onboarding to private and custom payment integrations.

Basic Cash App

In comparison with other platforms, you are not required to forward emails to our address to accept and process Basic Cash App payments.

To enable Basic Cash App as a payment type on your website, you'll want to follow the steps below:

  • Visit your payments dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/shop/payments.

  • Tap on the "Cash App" payment integration, and you'll then see a modal appear.

  • Within the modal, enter your Cashtag (e.g. $astckpay).

  • Optional: Enable the payment type for all products by clicking the checkbox below the input field.

  • Recommended: Block virtual private networks (VPNs) by clicking the checkbox below the input field.

  • Save your payment integration settings by tapping the "Save Settings" button within the modal.

... and you're all set. Basic Cash App has been enabled as a payment type for your business. You can edit per payment gateway settings via your products dashboard.

Advanced Cash App

To enable Advanced Cash App as a payment type on your website, you'll first want to add an email to your Cash App account if you haven't done so already:

  • Open Cash App on your mobile device.

  • Tap your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

  • Tap "Personal" and scroll down to the "Your Info" section.

  • Click on "Add Phone or Email" and select "Email Address".

  • Finally, enter your personal email address (don't forget to verify it with the code they send to your email).

Once your Cash App account is live, you'll then want to add your Cash App details to your Antistock business dashboard:

  • Visit your payments dashboard or copy and paste this link into your browser: https://dash.antistock.io/settings/shop/payments.

  • Tap on the Cash App modal and enter your Cashtag (we support both USD and GBP Cashtags), and the email you also added to your Cash App.

  • If your Cash App details were entered correctly, you'll now see Cash App as "Active" in your payments dashboard.

  • Optional: Enable the payment type for all products by clicking the checkbox below the input field.

  • Recommended: Block virtual private networks (VPNs) by clicking the checkbox below the input field.

  • Save your payment integration settings by tapping the "Save Settings" button within the modal.

After you've added your Cash App details to your Antistock business dashboard, for our system to automatically process Cash App payments, you'll need to forward Cash App emails to our inbox.

If you don't forward Cash App emails to our inbox, payments will not automatically be processed.

Here's how to forward Cash App emails with a @gmail.com email address:

  1. Open your email and click on the setting gear icon in the top right-hand side, then click "See all settings", or alternatively click here to open all settings

  2. Click on the "Add a forwarding address" button

  3. In the modal that appears, enter "[email protected]" as the forwarding address

  4. Once you click the "Next" button, Gmail will send our systems an email with a confirmation code. We automatically forward the code to your email. Find it and enter it in the "Forwarding" section by clicking here.

  5. Once verified, we need to create a filter to only forward emails from CashApp to the email we just linked:

    1. Click on the blue "creating a filter!" text to open the filter modal

    2. In the filter modal that pops up, enter "[email protected]" in the "From" field, then click on the "Create filter" button

    3. On the next page, select the "Forward it to" option, and select "[email protected]" as the forwarding address

    4. Finally, click on "Create filter".

... and you're all set. Advanced Cash App has been enabled as a payment type for your business. You can edit per payment gateway settings via your products dashboard.
