With Antistock, you're required to create a secure digital warehouse for any stock data uploaded.
If your business does not use stock as a product type, please connect with your Account Manager to enable support for other product types, such as Service, Download, Custom, and more.
When your business scales with high-volume stock-based transactions, you'll need an advanced warehouse with dedicated audit logs that can attach stock to specific customers, automate stock alert notifications, and create rules for instant replacements.
That's why we've taken the time and effort to build out a product that meets the demands of internet businesses today - digital warehouses. To create your digital warehouse, follow the steps outlined below:
Sign in to your account and visit your Antistock business dashboard, or tap on this link.
Navigate to "Warehouses" under the "Products" tab on your sidebar, or tap on this link.
Tap on the "Create Warehouse" button to be redirected to the create page, or tap on this link.
Once you're on the "Create Warehouse" page, you'll want to follow these next steps to set up your secure digital warehouse:
Enter an internal digital warehouse name (this name won't be visible to customers). We recommend using a name that fits your industry theme and what you'll be storing. For example, if you're selling software keys, you can name your specific warehouse "30 Day Access Key" for future reference.
Optional: Set "Out of Stock" and "Low Stock" alerts based on stock availability.
Add your digital stock to your warehouse. You're more than welcome to customize your stock delimiter, but the most common ones are "," comma, or " " new lines.
Optional: Enable "Remove Sold Stock" to automatically remove previously sold stock from your warehouse.
Create and save your warehouse before switching tabs within your business dashboard.
... and you're all set. You've successfully created a digital warehouse for your stock. If you'd like, you're more than welcome to test the digital warehouse by visiting your product dashboard and attaching this warehouse to a new or existing product.
After you save your digital warehouse, you'll see it as a linkable option within your business product dashboard.
